*工作目標: 在經濟成長的同時，亦能兼顧到開發時對環境的保護，尋求兩者間最佳平衡點
*工作內容:
1.負責環境影響評估監測作業(包含空氣品質、噪音振動、水質水量、土壤、地下水質、底泥…)
2.評估採樣行程，並根據當下的環境規劃適用範圍、干擾、 檢測步驟與流程等
3.現場環境儀器使用與維護及保養; 確保採樣記錄報告準確與準時
4.熟悉方法操作技術，例如對儀器設備的操作以及數據處理等
5.執行品保品管，例如對儀器設備校正檢量線及相關品質管制規範之了解
6.團隊作業，兩兩一組，也需要與台灣其他地區的夥伴互相支援合作
*工作訓練:
1.空氣品質監測，包含自動和手動採樣方法 儀器：空氣品質監測車(氣狀、粒狀分析儀)、高量採樣器、採樣幫浦、氣象計 方法：高量採樣法、手動採樣法、氣象層析與高效能液相層析偵測法、離子層析電導度法、分光光度法、火焰光度偵測法、火焰離子化偵測法等
2.噪音振動監測，方法包含：環境噪音測量、振動測量、低頻噪音測量、陸上運輸系統噪音測量
3.水質水量檢測，方法包含：放流水採樣方法、飲用水採樣方法、各式水質測項分析方法、水質參數現場量測方法
4.土壤相關檢測，方法包含：監測井地下水採樣方法、土壤採樣方法、底泥採樣方法
*工作地點:
1.工作範圍以南區(嘉義以南)為主，但需要配合出差外島
2.行政院環境保護署定義之開發行為地點，包含工廠之設立及工業區之開發；道路、鐵路、大眾捷運系統、港灣及機場之開發；土石採取及探礦、採礦；蓄水、供水、防洪排水工程之開發；農、林、漁、牧地之開發利用；遊樂、風景區、高爾夫球場及運動場地之開發；文教、醫療建設之開發；新市區建設及高樓建築或舊市區更新；環境保護工程之興建…etc.
