Requires an Electrical Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program and 10+ years of experience with industrial equipment. Must have previous management experience in power electronics and strong business communication skills.
The Power Electronics Manager leads a team of electrical engineers in developing high-power inverters, and converters, and transformers while overseeing component obsolescence and lifecycle management. This role partners with QA, Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to deliver competitive, reliable solutions for demanding applications, including nuclear-grade and high-reliability industrial systems. Responsibilities include team development, process improvement, cost and margin discipline, and supporting new product development.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in power electronics, industrial UPS/inverter systems, or mission-critical power solutions, along with proven experience leading cross-functional, customer-facing engineering teams. This position is based at our Columbus, Ohio facility and reports to the Director of R&D/Engineering.
