The CNC Drill Operator is responsible for operating various machining equipment including drill presses and CNC centers to fabricate parts according to production drawings. They must also perform preventive maintenance, maintain housekeeping, and accurately document production labor reports.
Candidates must have at least one year of manufacturing experience and six months of experience operating a CNC drill or similar machine. Proficiency in reading blueprints, using measuring instruments, and performing basic shop mathematics is required.

Compensation: $26.13 per hour (+$2 per hour shift differential)
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday - Friday, 3:00p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Valmont is currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual for the CNC Drill Operator position in the Small Parts Fabrication department. We are looking for a highly driven individual that will be responsible for operating upright drill presses, CNC machining center, saw, radial arm drill, and hand drills. This position works under the direct supervision of the Department Supervisor/Lead person.
