What You Will Do

Perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly, and has multiple skill level for assembly activities. Handle more complex equipment and machinery. Ability to perform quick failure analysis and propose actions to the team lead/supervisor. Assembles and/or installs, Test various electrical and/or mechanical components where operation and sequence are specified by blueprints, wire lists, diagrams or previously established shop practices. Work with Quality Team to ensure products are manufactured in accordance with company systems and procedures, meeting customer / international. Has the initiative in work and a good team worker. Qualifications You Must Have

1. Under immediate supervision.

2. Develops basic skills in the execution of existing procedures.

3. Used detailed verbal/written instructions or standard procedures to accomplish assigned task and goals.

4. Performs routine and repetitive tasks.

5. Refers more complex issues to higher levels.

6. HS Diploma or AA/AS degree )or 2-year post high school training) with less than 2 years of relevant experience.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.]

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
