Manage and improve the digital tools landscape using PowerBI and M365 to support product compliance and business processes. Maintain the technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) by developing KPI frameworks and translating data into management insights.
Requires a degree in engineering, IT, data analytics, or a related field with 2-5 years of experience in systems administration or data analysis. Must possess strong digital skills in dashboarding and automation with a solution-oriented mindset.

Do you enjoy working with systems, data, and digital tools – and making processes smarter and more efficient?
In this role, you will take ownership of key parts of a global system that supports product compliance and business processes. Around 50% of your work will focus on managing and improving our digital tools landscape (e.g. PowerBI, M365, automation, AI use cases).
The other part connects this work with technical product compliance and governance topics. You will help run and continuously improve our technical Compliance Management System (tCMS) by combining governance expertise with digitalization and analytics.
You don’t need to be a compliance expert or a lawyer – we will train you. What matters most is your technical mindset, curiosity, and drive to improve systems and processes.
