Join our Supply Chain & Material Planning Team Be at the center of production success by coordinating material planning, inventory management, supplier performance, and cross-functional alignment. In this role, you will drive material availability, optimize inventory, support production readiness, and contribute to key system improvement projects. If you enjoy problem-solving, stakeholder management, and making a direct impact on operational excellence, this opportunity is for you.
Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
Site Coordination: Act as main liaison with Production planner and Engineering team for material inventory alignment.
Planning & Scheduling: Monitor material supply and weekly production loading based on short term demand (0-5months) and middle term demand (6-18 months).
Inventory & Supply Chain Monitoring: Track Inventory, Material on-time delivery, and resolve issues such as expedites, recovery plans, and reworks.
Performance Improvement: Drive delivery and inventory turnover rate improvement; conduct regular alignment meetings with suppliers and stakeholders.
Demand Alignment: Ensure materials sufficiency to support customer requirements and production plans are aligned. Handle urgent or upside requests.
Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of Direct materials, Indirect materials and Spare parts with Warehouse, Logistics and partners.
Administrative Tasks: Manage e-Scrap, material returning to support engineering team in Quality and Accounting related topics.
System & Project Support: Participate in supply chain system integration and improvement projects (e.g., OneSAP, BOM, Site KPI).
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production management, Supply chain management or related fields.
Minimum 5 years’ experience of inventory planning, warehouse management in manufacturing environment preferably Semiconductor industry.
Proficient in MS office and basic knowledge ERP system (SAP, Workstream is preferable).
Effective writing and communications skills and able to interact with all levels.
Customer oriented and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management.
Effective interpersonal skills to manage internal and external stakeholder
Self-driven, result oriented and possess strong Critical thinking and problem solving skills
