Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The Technology Architect collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs within dynamic environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Experience in integrating diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure design principles.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to varied audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
