The Injection Mold Technician/Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of injection molding equipment to ensure efficient production. They must monitor manufacturing processes, perform routine equipment inspections, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and possess strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail. Previous experience in injection molding setup and operation, or experience in a machine shop or mechanical assembly environment, is highly preferred.

Position Summary
The Injection Mold Technician/Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of injection molding equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role monitors manufacturing processes, supports equipment reliability, and maintains compliance with company quality and safety standards.
