The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive operational support to the Spacecraft Engineering & Power Systems organization by managing calendars, travel, and departmental records. This role also facilitates onboarding, prepares reports, and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of administrative or office management experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. An associate degree is preferred, and the ability to work rotating shifts in an on-site aerospace production environment is required.

This position is based in our satellite production facility in Midland, TX, with full relocation provided (details below).
