The Battery Assembler is responsible for assembling cables, battery packs, and electro-mechanical components while rotating through various production tasks. They must adhere to quality standards and provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and proficiency in English. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform precise manual work with hand tools are required.
SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Battery Assembler is part of a team responsible for assembling an entire product or a component. Assemblers rotate through various tasks within the assembly process rather than being assigned to a permanent role. This position requires in-house training on IPC-620 standards, welding, general assembly processes, and basic Cirris testing, as outlined in Non-Conforming SOP 8.3.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
