Voor ons onderhoudsteam in Geel, zijn we op zoek naar een Polyvalent Technieker. In deze functie zal je ondersteuning bieden aan de Chemische productieplants. Je staat in voor het onderhoud, geplande herstelingen en de ondersteuning bij implementatie van geavanceerde technologische oplossingen voor de plants. Op deze manier ondersteun je rechtstreeks de productiestappen van “small molecule” geneesmiddelen die ontwikkeld en geproduceerd worden door Johnson & Johnson.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Uitvoering van preventieve en pro-actieve onderhoudstaken op productie-installaties (mechanisch en elektrisch) om continuïteit te garanderen en de levenscyclus van het apparaat te optimaliseren. Deze taken houden in: kalibraties, inspecties, testen, herstellingen, revisies, … steeds met de nodige aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu!
Deelname of trekkersrol in interessante verbeteringsinitiatieven of projecten.
Identificeren en elimineren van basisoorzaken van falingen m.b.v. RCA of gelijkaardige methode.
Eigenaarschap (of peterschap) van een specifieke groep productie-installaties: je treedt op als technisch expert voor bepaalde apparaten en zorgt dat:
wederkerende falingen gedetecteerd en opgelost worden.
installaties veilig en betrouwbaar geopereerd worden (door deelname aan HAZOP en RCM en door optimalisatie van de onderhoudsplannen).
documentatie van de installatie up-to-date is: BOM, P&ID, elektrische tekeningen, technische documentatie, ...
Kosten/baten evaluatie om te beslissen of we een onderdeel beter vervangen of herstellen en/of bepaalde onderdelen best op stock worden genomen.

Opstellen van werkvergunningen, risico analyses, werkorderverslagen, …
Door je sterke communicatie en sociale vaardigheden, ben je een echte teamplayer.
Je behaalde een bachelor onderhoudstechniek (elektro-mechanica, elektriciteit, meet- en regeltechnieken, automatisatie) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je organiseert je werk op een gestructureerde manier en voert dit steeds ordelijk uit.
Multi-disciplinaire technische kennis: je hebt een natuurlijke interesse voor mechanica, elektriciteit, instrumentatie en automatisatie.
