The HSE advisor is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety policies, conducting risk analyses, and performing site inspections on the A27 infrastructure project. They also analyze incidents, coach staff on safe working practices, and maintain communication with external stakeholders.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in safety science, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering. A MVK diploma is required, along with knowledge of VCA, ISO 45001, and current health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Werk jij als veiligheidskundige en wil je impact maken op een van de grootste infrastructuurprojecten van Nederland? Voor de verbreding en vernieuwing van de A27 Houten–Everdingen is BESIX Nederland op zoek naar een ervaren HSE-adviseur.
In deze vacature veiligheidskundige A27 werk je aan een complex snelwegproject waarin veiligheid, duurzaamheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om jouw expertise in te zetten binnen een multidisciplinair team en direct bij te dragen aan een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden aan de A27.
In deze functie draait alles om het versterken van de veiligheidscultuur op en rondom de A27. Als veiligheidskundige/HSE-adviseur weet jij als geen ander hoe je veiligheid concreet en werkbaar maakt in een complexe bouwomgeving.

Je schakelt soepel tussen beleid en uitvoering en blijft ook in complexe situaties doelgericht en scherp. Je denkt in oplossingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid waar nodig.
