Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on fuel cell products installed in electric lift trucks at customer sites. Handle administrative documentation, parts ordering, and provide emergency on-call support to ensure fleet uptime.
Requires a high school diploma with technical electrical coursework and at least three years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and provide a standard set of tools.
Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)
Department: Field Service
The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. This person will be responsible for the installation and servicing of fuel cells at a specific location. This person will also be responsible for reporting breakdown events, parts ordering and maintenance of fuel cells at a specific location. This position presents a great amount of exposure to customer personnel and electric lift truck operators, and thus requires a person with excellent technical skills as well as communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.

Pay Rate:
$24.50 - $28.50We offer a robust total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below:
✓Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. These factors are considered when making an offer of employment.
