The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for inspecting energy-efficient equipment installations and reporting findings to ensure quality standards are met. This includes coordinating on-site visits, maintaining QA/QC procedures, and communicating deficiencies to supervisors and account managers.
Requires a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in energy efficiency, HVAC, or utility industries, or an associate degree with 2 years of experience. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of performing physical inspections in areas like attics and crawl spaces.

The successful candidate is curious, professional, self-motivated, and articulate in terms of conveying the actions of Walker-Miller Energy Services. The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for inspecting and reporting on energy efficient equipment and installation of equipment as commissioned. The position is also responsible for establishing rapport with customers, whether contractors or property management, executing inspections, and reporting all quality assurance observations as required. You will also be working with others who are passionate about energy efficiency and making a positive impact on the industry.
