Oversee daily afternoon shift manufacturing operations for Class A automotive body panels using robotic welding and assembly processes. Lead and develop the production team while driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet safety and quality standards.
Requires at least five years of experience in robotic welding and BIW operations, with at least three years in a supervisory role within Tier I automotive manufacturing. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Manufacturing is strongly preferred.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing activities of Class A automotive body panels, using robotic welding and assembly processes (adhesion, hemming, etc.) with a strong emphasis on safety, quality standards, team performance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with robotic welding systems, automated assembly lines, and high-precision surface-quality requirements. |
