Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will also participate in discussions to refine project requirements and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
