- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure clarity and ease of future enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate system performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance test plans and scenarios.
- Ability to interpret test results and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques to ensure software reliability and efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
