Responsibilities

At VECROS Technologies, we're building next-generation autonomous drones and AI-powered robotics solutions. As a Project Management Intern, you'll work alongside engineering, business, and leadership teams to ensure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and cross-functional collaboration runs smoothly.

This opportunity is exclusively for fresh BBA/MBA graduates passionate about managing projects and driving execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
  • Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing projects across multiple teams.
  • Maintain project timelines, task trackers, and status reports to ensure timely execution.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to keep deliverables on schedule and proactively identify delays.

Cross-Functional Communication
  • Coordinate between Engineering, Business, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Schedule meetings, document discussions, and communicate action items effectively.
  • Ensure project updates are shared with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and progress updates.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure records are up to date.
  • Track key milestones, dependencies, risks, and project metrics.

Process Improvement
  • Support the implementation of project management best practices and workflows.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Assist in organizing internal reviews, project retrospectives, and planning sessions.


Requirements

Educational Qualification
  • Freshers only.
  • Bachelor's degree (BBA) or MBA (Operations, Project Management, Business Analytics, General Management, or related specialization).
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and execution skills.

Tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable using AI productivity tools for documentation, meeting notes, and task management.
