Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. Throughout the day, the engineer utilizes various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release and change management.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting and performance tuning within ServiceNow environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
