As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code platforms for application development and process automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control within SaaS environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
