Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience in configuring and customizing applications using low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with application programming interfaces and integration techniques.
- Ability to manage application releases and perform system upgrades.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Understanding of system stability and performance optimization practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
