Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive the evolution of the software platform effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and cloud-based software solutions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Angular.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Experience with integration of third-party services and APIs within packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with release management and deployment processes in a SaaS environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Angular.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
