Own the end-to-end logistics process strategy and standardization for an automotive OEM across inbound, transportation, and warehouse interfaces. Lead the logistics operating model, KPI frameworks, and transformation initiatives to ensure production continuity and cost efficiency.
Requires a senior leader capable of managing complex logistics networks and cross-functional stakeholders in a manufacturing environment. Must have expertise in logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) and a proven track record in process harmonization and operational governance.
Role Overview:
Own the end-to-end logistics process strategy for an automotive OEM, with accountability for logistics process standardization, governance, performance outcomes, and transformation across inbound logistics, yard and warehouse interfaces, transportation planning and execution, finished vehicle logistics, packaging flows, and cross-functional logistics control processes.
The role serves as the senior logistics process leader across manufacturing, procurement, distribution, and supply chain functions, defining the target logistics operating model, establishing decision rights, driving KPI performance, enabling network and flow optimization, and ensuring logistics processes support production continuity, service performance, inventory flow, cost efficiency, and business resilience.
