Define and optimize MEMS process flows from concept to production scale-up, managing the integration of lithographic, galvanic, and packaging processes. Conduct failure analysis and validate new technologies through DOE and statistical analysis to support new product introduction.
Requires a Master's or PhD in Materials Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Chemistry with 3-5 years of experience in MEMS or semiconductor process integration. Proficiency in cleanroom operations, statistical tools like Minitab/JMP, and technical English is essential.
