The manager is responsible for overseeing field-level operational activities for cell sites, including BTS, MW, BSC, and RNC equipment. They must ensure 99.95% RAN network availability and manage fault rectification in compliance with operational guidelines.
Candidates must have 6-8 years of experience in telecom field operations and hold a B.Tech or B.E degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in telecom equipment handling, site commissioning, and passive infrastructure maintenance is required.
