The Operations Director oversees the daily production performance, quality standards, and cost-efficiency of the Cavite manufacturing facility. This role also leads continuous improvement initiatives, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures strategic alignment with business and customer requirements.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electronics, or manufacturing, with a master's degree being an advantage. A minimum of 15 years of experience in high-technology manufacturing, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles, is required.

Job Summary
The Operations Director leads the overall performance of Cavite PSU manufacturing in the Cavite, Philippines. This leader ensures safe, high-quality, on-time, and cost-efficient printed circuit board assembly through strong operational management, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment with customer and business needs. The role requires a balance of operational discipline, technical knowledge, and strong people leadership to manage daily production, deliver long-term improvements, and build a high performing, engaged workforce. This role reports to VP Manufacturing.
