Finance Consolidation Systems Lead (Castrol)
Act as the Finance Systems subject matter expert for the consolidation platform or tool
Own and govern the finance consolidation solution and associated processes
Define and maintain system standards, configuration, and governance controls
Develop and maintain the consolidation platform roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and capabilities to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements
Own and govern financial master data structures
Manage updates to legal entities, hierarchies, reporting structures, account mappings, dimensions, and consolidation metadata
Maintain data integrity and consistency across upstream and downstream systems
Support organizational restructuring, acquisitions, divestments, and reporting changes through updates to master data structures
Support period-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation processes
Monitor consolidation activities and resolve issues impacting financial close activities
Partner with Finance collaborators to modernize consolidation and reporting processes, demonstrating consolidation platform capabilities to reduce manual effort and improve controls
Act as the primary interface between Finance users and technical delivery teams
Translate finance and reporting requirements into technical specifications and system solutions
Relevant financial degree or similar education background
Fluency in English
Strong understanding of financial consolidation and group reporting processes
Significant experience supporting finance systems and reporting applications, including proven experience with consolidation and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems
Experience managing financial master data, reporting hierarchies, and metadata structures
Strong partner management and communication skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Experience working with global finance teams and technology organizations
