Lead the design, delivery, and management of comprehensive learning programs for employees, volunteers, and fellows. This includes managing the LMS, collaborating with stakeholders to identify training needs, and measuring program impact through KPIs.
Requires 5-9 years of L&D experience, preferably in the NGO or social sector, with a degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or Education. Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in coaching, leadership development, and managing diverse learning audiences.

Bhumi is one of India’s largest independent youth volunteer non-profit organisations. Bhumi as a platform enables over 1,00,000 volunteers across India for causes such as education, environment, animals and community welfare.
