Candidates must have at least five years of successful teaching experience and a strong understanding of Charlotte Mason and Classical education methodologies. A master's degree in an educational field is preferred along with proven leadership and communication skills.

General Job Description: The Instructional Coach serves as a member under the Leman Academy of Excellence Professional Development department. They will work alongside the Site Principal and Director of Curriculum and Instruction in shepherding a group of teachers in areas of academic excellence, effective teaching strategies, classical education, Charlotte Mason techniques, and Dr. Leman’s philosophies that are congruent to our mission statement.
Line of Authority/Reports to: Works with Site Principal day-to-day/ Reports directly to Director of Curriculum and Instruction.
Works with: Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Site Admin team, and teachers.
