🚀 Per sostenere un piano di crescita ambizioso – 30 nuove aperture ogni anno – cerchiamo un/una School Manager Itinerant pronto/a a intraprendere un percorso strutturato di crescita verso il ruolo di Area Manager.

viaggiare e lavorare su tutto il territorio nazionale
avere un impatto reale sulla crescita di un business
sviluppare rapidamente competenze manageriali
Lavorerai direttamente nelle nostre scuole, con trasferte che vanno da 1 settimana fino a 2 mesi consecutivi, diventando un vero punto di riferimento per ogni centro.
Entrerai in un programma di sviluppo intensivo on the job, progettato per portarti, passo dopo passo, a diventare Area Manager.
Durante questo percorso:
gestirai scuole diverse, con sfide e obiettivi specifici
imparerai a guidare un centro a 360°
svilupperai competenze commerciali, operative e di leadership
lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team Operations
👉 Obiettivo finale: diventare Area Manager, con responsabilità su più centri e sul loro sviluppo strategico.
Durante le tue missioni:
sarai il/la School Manager del centro assegnato, con responsabilità operativa e commerciale
analizzerai risultati e KPI, individuando opportunità di crescita
lavorerai sull’acquisizione nuovi clienti e sull’aumento delle iscrizioni
proporrai e implementerai strategie locali (eventi, partnership, iniziative sul territorio)
collaborerai con il Marketing per campagne e attività locali
affiancherai e formerai i team, diventando un punto di riferimento
garantirai un’esperienza eccellente per studenti e famiglie
Una persona che abbia energia, ambizione e voglia di crescere velocemente.
✔ Esperienza in ambito commerciale, retail o education (Store Manager, Sales, School Manager…)
✔ Forte orientamento ai risultati e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
✔ Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
✔ Attitudine a lavorare in contesti dinamici e in continuo cambiamento
✔ Interesse per il mondo education e per il lavoro con famiglie e bambini
✔ Buona conoscenza di social media e strumenti digitali
✔ Inglese livello B1/B2
👉 Fondamentale: disponibilità a trasferte frequenti e prolungate su tutto il territorio nazionale
Contratto a tempo indeterminato (full time)
RAL €30.000 – €31.000 + bonus variabile
