The Learning & Development Technician will coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and materials, while ensuring compliance with DGERT requirements. They will also monitor participation metrics and support stakeholders to ensure high-quality training delivery across various formats.
Candidates must hold a higher education degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Additionally, 4 to 5 years of operational training experience and proficiency in LMS platforms like Cornerstone are required.
