Responsibilities

Develop training content and learning journeys while measuring success through KPIs and satisfaction reports. Build networks with internal and external partners to implement innovative and digital learning practices.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Education, HR, Psychology, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and knowledge of effective learning methodologies.

We are looking for a People Generalist – Learing & Development to join our People, Sustainability & Transformation team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!


We count on you to…

  • Develop training content and learning journeys;
  • Measure the impact and success of training activities by creating satisfaction reports and KPIs;
  • Build and develop a network of internal and external partners to design customized development programs;
  • Research new learning practices and trends for people development;
  • Promote digital, personalized, and flexible learning;
  • Positively influence different stakeholders to encourage the adoption of best learning & development practices.

 

So, bring with you…

  • A degree in Education Sciences, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other relevant areas;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in building learning journeys and development programs;
  • Knowledge of effective learning methods for different profiles;
  • Interest in innovation and new training methodologies;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good project management and deadline management abilities.
