Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on delivering impactful, scalable software products that address complex business challenges.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and user experience.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong programming skills in multiple languages relevant to full stack development.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications.
- Ability to design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of database management and data processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
