Senior Ügyfélszolgálati rendszerszakértőként kulcsszereped lesz a hulladékgazdálkodási koncesszióhoz kapcsolódó B2C és B2B ügyfélszolgálati rendszerek stabil működésének biztosításában, a komplex hibák kezelésében, valamint a fejlesztések szakmai támogatásában.
A pozíció célja
Feladatod lesz az ügyfélszolgálati működést támogató kritikus rendszerek szakértői szintű felügyelete, a kiemelt incidensek koordinációja, valamint a fejlesztési igények üzleti és technikai oldalról történő összehangolása.
Stratégiai szemléleteddel és rendszerszintű gondolkodásoddal támogatod a működés optimalizálását, a hibák csökkentését és a magas színvonalú ügyfélélmény kialakítását.
Milyen feladatok várnak rád?
Felügyeled és támogatod az ügyfélszolgálati működéshez kapcsolódó kritikus rendszerek (pl. VCC Live, DMS One, SAP, Salesforce, Huszár) stabil működését.
Kezeled és koordinálod a komplex, magas üzleti hatású technikai incidenseket a probléma felismerésétől a megoldásig.
Meghatározod a prioritásokat, koordinálod az érintett csapatokat és biztosítod a hatékony problémamegoldást.
Elemzed és strukturálod az üzleti területekről érkező rendszerfejlesztési és paraméterezési igényeket.
Kapcsolatot tartasz a belső és külső fejlesztői csapatokkal, valamint támogatod a hatékony együttműködést.
Szakmai iránymutatást adsz az operatív támogató kollégáknak, segíted a feladatok priorizálását és elosztását.
Részt veszel a rendszerbeállítások, változtatások és fejlesztések szakmai koordinációjában.
Irányítod és támogatod az új fejlesztések, verziófrissítések és javítások tesztelési folyamatait.
Képviseled az ügyfélszolgálati szempontokat informatikai és folyamatfejlesztési projektekben.
Elemzed a rendszerműködés során keletkező adatokat, feltárod a visszatérő problémákat és fejlesztési javaslatokat fogalmazol meg.
Támogatod a folyamatok automatizálását és a működés hatékonyságának növelését.
Téged keresünk, ha
rendelkezel minimum középfokú végzettséggel;
legalább 1 év releváns szakmai tapasztalatod van ügyfélszolgálati rendszerek vagy üzleti alkalmazások támogatásában;
rendszerszemléletű gondolkodás jellemez;
képes vagy összetett problémák gyors elemzésére és megoldására;
precíz, strukturált munkavégzés jellemző rád;
magabiztosan kommunikálsz üzleti és technikai szereplőkkel egyaránt;
felhasználói szinten otthonosan mozogsz informatikai rendszerekben.
