About the role 

You will join the IT Servicedesk within Digital Technologies - the department driving digital transformation at our site. You’ll work hands-on with 1st and 2nd line support, end-user devices (PCs and mobiles), Microsoft 365, and small improvement projects. Simplicity and agility are key in everything we do. 

What you’ll do 

• Handle IT support tickets: triage, troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate as needed 

• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops/PCs and peripherals; assist with imaging and user provisioning 

• Support mobile devices, MFA, and basic MDM tasks 

• Support Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and collaboration/meeting room equipment 

• Provide on-site support across offices and labs as required 

• Maintain documentation and knowledge articles to improve first-time fix 

• Contribute to small rollouts and improvement tasks in close collaboration with the team 

• Work in line with applicable procedures and information security requirements 

About you 

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., IT, computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar) at a Danish educational institution, preferably with at least 2 years remaining. 

• Service-minded team player; resourceful, analytical, and proactive 

• Clear communicator in English and Danish 

• Comfortable with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365; experience with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow/Jira) is a plus 

• Advantage if you’ve touched Active Directory/Azure AD, Intune/Endpoint Manager, imaging/MDT/SCCM, or MDM 

• Structured, reliable, and eager to learn; able to work on-site and handle basic equipment setup
