You will ensure that everyone who arrives or departs from our property receives a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye. While the main responsibility is to control the lobby traffic and assist guests, there are many intangible elements to the role. Being highly guest-interactive, flexible, and possessing extensive knowledge of the hotel operation is essential for your success in this role.
