The supervisor will lead technical support staff to resolve customer issues and ensure effective daily operations. They are also responsible for monitoring performance metrics and coordinating with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries and possess at least 3 years of experience as a Shrimp Pond Technician. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership skills, and a valid Class A Driver's License are required.

2. Lead and guide technical support staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
3. Assist in implementing and maintaining support procedures, tools, and documentation.
4. Monitor technical issues, track performance metrics, and support corrective and preventive actions. 5. Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Fisheries.
2. At least 3 years of experience working as a Shrimp Pond Technician.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
4. Possess strong leadership skills.
5. Hold a valid Class A Driver’s License (SIM A)
1. Mengawasi aktivitas dukungan teknis harian untuk memastikan penyelesaian masalah pelanggan secara tepat waktu dan efektif.
2. Memimpin dan membimbing tim dukungan teknis, serta memberikan coaching dan umpan balik kinerja.
3. Membantu dalam penerapan dan pemeliharaan prosedur, alat, serta dokumentasi dukungan teknis.
4. Memantau permasalahan teknis, melacak metrik kinerja, serta mendukung pelaksanaan tindakan perbaikan dan pencegahan.
5. Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan manajemen untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional serta mendorong perbaikan berkelanjutan.
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Perikanan.
2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Teknisi Tambak Udang minimal 3 tahun.
3. Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan PowerPoint).
4. Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
5. Memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku.
