We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Czech and Slovak markets.

This is a commercially focused role with clear responsibility for developing new business opportunities while expanding strategic customer relationships. You will identify customer challenges, build trusted partnerships, and help organizations accelerate their digital transformation through our consulting, engineering, and technology services.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in IT services or consulting sales, has an established professional network in the Czech and Slovak markets, and understands the local business landscape. Experience selling consulting and engineering services is highly valued over purely product-based sales.

The preferred location for this role is the Czech Republic, while the sales territory covers both Czechia and Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Czech and Slovak markets.
• Build and grow long-term relationships with strategic and growth customers.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Create, manage, and maintain a strong and qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales processes and commercial negotiations with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Understand customer business challenges and shape tailored solutions together with consulting and delivery teams.
• Promote the company's IT consulting, software engineering, and digital transformation services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance customer research, account planning, prospecting, and sales effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• Successful B2B sales experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
• Experience selling IT consulting, software development, engineering services, digital transformation, or technology services.
• Previous experience in an IT consulting or technology services company is strongly preferred.
• Strong network and excellent understanding of the Czech and Slovak IT markets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with decision-makers at executive, business, and technical levels.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve sales productivity is an advantage.
