Team Overview

The Sales Operations team is the strategic engine behind DiDi Food’s commercial organization across Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru, and Mexico. We partner closely with Sales Leadership, Strategy, Product, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve sales productivity, optimize processes, and enable smarter business decisions through data and technology.

Role Responsibilities

• Become a strategic partner for Sales Leadership by transforming complex business questions into actionable analyses and recommendations.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and business reviews that drive commercial performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize commercial processes using SQL, Python, AI, and other analytical tools.
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and influence strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Strategy, Product, Finance, Operations, and Regional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Support planning exercises, productivity analyses, territory optimization, incentive tracking, forecasting, and other strategic Sales Operations initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by continuously improving reporting accuracy, data quality, and process efficiency.
• Take ownership of projects from problem definition to implementation, ensuring high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

Role Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or similar analytical roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or another quantitative field.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• A strong sense of ownership and an ability to execute quickly with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels, including senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
