General Summary:

General Summary

This role is a 3-month internship within the Business Operations team, supporting sales, PdM and BD teams on business planning and execution across market analysis, pipeline management, and sales reporting. The intern will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and ensure smooth operational support.

Main Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Working under close supervision to support day-to-day business operations and reporting activities.
• Assisting in market analysis by collecting, cleaning, and synthesizing data to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and key business drivers.
• Supporting pipeline management, including tracking progress, maintaining data accuracy, and monitoring expiring opportunities with timely reminders and updates.
• Preparing regular reports and dashboards to support business reviews and decision-making processes.
• Communicating findings and routine updates clearly to the sales team through written (Excel/PPT/email) and verbal channels.
• Executing structured tasks with defined processes (e.g., data extraction, report generation, Qsales system updates) following established guidelines.
• Applying basic analytical skills to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and reporting issues.
• Handling limited problem-solving tasks, primarily related to data validation and process tracking.

Skills / Experience Required

• Analytical Skills – Ability to collect, clean, and analyze data, and derive key insights across market trends, pipeline health, and sales performance.
• Business Acumen (Basic) – Understanding of fundamental business concepts including revenue, pipeline funnel, conversion, and forecasting logic is preferred.
• Building Trusting Relationships – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communication – Ability to clearly present data insights and operational updates in both written and verbal formats.
• Attention to Detail – Strong accuracy in handling data, reports, and tracking metrics across multiple sources.
• Getting Work Done – Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills (Preferred) – Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); familiarity with PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in business analysis, operations, or consulting
• Familiarity with sales pipeline or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Strong interest in the technology industry and China market dynamics
