Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and assess user-generated content in German to ensure compliance with community guidelines and policies.
• Accurately classify content and make informed decisions based on established moderation protocols.
• Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Provide feedback and insights on content trends to improve moderation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize content moderation strategies and processes.
• Stay current with company policies related to content moderation and online community standards.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
