We are currently seeking an Easy Plant Coordinator, reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager (or relevant Manager), to join our team based in Chonburi.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and support project management software and digital tools used for progress tracking, quality management, planning, cost control, and project reporting.
• Provide user support for the Easy Plant system covering Safety, Quality Assurance, Project Controls, Planning & Progress, and Cost Forecasting functions.
• Collect, verify, upload, and maintain project data within corporate and project management systems.
• Perform on-site verification of construction progress and ensure accurate reporting of field activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Quality Control, and Project Controls teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare progress calculations and support project performance measurement activities.
• Generate and issue weekly and monthly project progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support project completion and handover activities by coordinating required project data and documentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate project records and reporting databases to support project execution and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in project controls, planning, reporting, data management, or project systems within EPC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or Industrial projects.
• Familiarity with project management and reporting systems such as Easy Plant or similar platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
