Na pozici Business Area Manager budete zodpovědní za řízení projektového portfolia v České republice, rozvoj obchodních příležitostí a zajištění ziskového růstu. Budete úzce spolupracovat se zákazníky, projektovými týmy i interními odděleními a stanete se klíčovou součástí vedení společnosti.

Řízení projektového portfolia a všech nabídek ve svěřené obchodní oblasti.
Rozvoj ziskového projektového businessu a péče o zákaznické portfolio.
Odpovědnost za plnění obchodních, finančních a strategických cílů.
Zajištění efektivního řízení projektů v souladu s interními procesy a legislativou.
Dohled nad bezpečností projektů (EHSQ).
Řízení zdrojů, odpovědností a projektových týmů.
Rozvoj kompetencí zaměstnanců a projektových procesů.
Odpovědnost za produktivitu, nákladovou efektivitu a profitabilitu projektů.
Příprava a realizace obchodního plánu svěřené oblasti.

Vysokoškolské vzdělání technického směru (stavebnictví) nebo obdobného zaměření.
Minimálně 7–10 let zkušeností s řízením stavebních projektů.
Zkušenosti s obchodním řízením projektů a vedením týmů.
Dobrou orientaci ve smluvní problematice, projektovém řízení a EHSQ standardech.
Výborné komunikační, vyjednávací a organizační schopnosti.
Přirozené vůdčí schopnosti a schopnost rozhodovat.
