Job Description

As Geotechnical Engineer, you are familiar working to industry codes and standards and are comfortable pushing boundaries where appropriate. You have a good understanding of structural behaviours and are able to translate this knowledge into effective structural designs within geotechnical structures. You also have good structural understanding with the ability to grasp analytical techniques and interrogate the results of analysis.

• Work on projects of all stages of project documentation, from conceptual studies to implementation documentation, both in the Czech Republic and abroad
• Involvement in global cooperation in the geotechnical field
• Negotiations with clients and cooperation with other team members

Candidate Specification

• Be able to design the infrastructure projects.
• University degree in civil engineering (min. B.Sc.)
• Authorization in the field is an advantage
• Systematic and responsible approach, desire for further education and mentoring
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CAD programs, knowledge of computing software is an advantage (Midas GTS NX, Flac 3D, Plaxis, Rocsience, Geo5, RocData)
• Knowledge of design codes for GEO projects.
• High level of motivation and dedication, an appetite for fast-paced major projects, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
