The technician is responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment for railway traction power systems. Additionally, they provide sales support through site surveys and manage local logistics and stock inspections.
Candidates must have a technical degree or bachelor's in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering with experience in electrical equipment and DC substations. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, along with a willingness to travel 70% of the time.

Para a nossa unidade em São Paulo, estamos atualmente à procura de um Field Service Technician para reforçar a nossa equipa no Brasil. O Field Service Technician irá trabalhar cerca de 40% do tempo em campo em São Paulo, e cerca de 30% do tempo fora de São Paulo, podendo ser no Brasil ou no estrangeiro.
Como Field Service Technician, estas serão as suas responsabilidades:
Atendimento ao cliente:
- Garantir o desempenho eficiente dos serviços prestados aos nossos clientes no Brasil (ou no estrangeiro, se solicitado);
- Fornecer as atividades de campo quando solicitado: supervisão de instalação, testes, comissionamento e treinamentos;
- Executar as intervenções de emergência no local;
- Efetuar reparações no local ou nas instalações da Sécheron;
- Executar os trabalhos de manutenção;
- Elaboração de relatórios técnicos.
Suporte a vendas e execução de contratos:
- Apoio ao Engenheiro de Vendas em levantamentos de subestações e permissões de acesso ao local;
- Realizar orçamentos de reparações;
- Estar atento para identificar novas oportunidades de negócios: venda de peças de reposição, reparos, serviços on-site, modernizações, retrofits, treinamentos, contratos de manutenção, etc.
Logística e stock:
- Apoio na gestão de stocks
- Receção de mercadorias: Inspecionar a mercadoria após o processo de importação e identificar se a mesma segue de acordo com o pedido do cliente, informar o número de série dos itens, embalar o material e solicitar emissão de nota fiscal e transporte.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em instalação, teste e comissionamento de equipamento elétrico. Idealmente com experiência em manutenção e experiência em subestações de tração de corrente contínua.
- Ativo, dinâmico, boa organização de tarefas e planeamento.
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e em equipa.
- Grau técnico ou bacharelato em: Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia Industrial ou Engenharia Mecânica
- Disponibilidade para viajar no Brasil ou no exterior (70%).
- Fluência em Português e Inglês é necessária, qualquer outra língua adicional seria bom ter (Francês, Alemão, Espanhol)
