Exeter,Bristol,Plymouth, Swansea, Swindon, Portsmouth, Southampton, Poole, Bournemouth, Salisbury, Yeovil, Dorset, Wimborne, and Southampton.
This is apermanent office/site-based roles.
The role will involve the provision of competent health, safety, quality (assurance)and site environmental advice. Ensuring inspections and guidance for the site staff and management team is carried out. Providing challenge whererequiredand not walking by. Promotion of safe equipment,standardsand method of working. Showing the behaviours expected and leading by example every time.

The successful candidate willbe responsible forthe following:
Where unsafe working isidentified, stop the works, agree and
document suitable and safe solution and re-brief.
Assistingthe operational team with reviewing of CDM documentation
Assurance of process and working methods
Take an active role in developing,maintainingand promoting a positive HSQE culture
Ensuring compliance with Aureos standards and client requirements
Undertaking task analysis of risk assessment and method
statements / Task briefings
Provide support and advice for staff to aid and promote
sustainable practices
Ensure all requirements and findings are closed within the required timescales
Promote the closure of NCR’s and OFI’s within the project
Secondary Tasks and Duties:
Encourage quality contributions and ensuretimelyclose out and feedback is actioned, promote lessons learnt and good practice sharing.
Build andmaintaineffective working relationships with site teams,clientsand other stakeholders
Promotion of health and wellbeing support, and directing staff whererequired
Proactively improve in reducing risk through the planning process
