Bertanggung jawab mendukung implementasi, pengembangan (enhancement), pemeliharaan, dan operasional SAP Payroll dan Employee Tax System untuk memastikan proses payroll, perpajakan karyawan, serta inisiatif digitalisasi payroll berjalan secara efektif, akurat, efisien, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis, peraturan yang berlaku, serta standar tata kelola perusahaan.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Mendukung implementasi, enhancement, dan pemeliharaan SAP Payroll dan Employee Tax System.
• Menjalankan inisiatif digitalisasi dan otomatisasi proses payroll dan employee tax untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan standardisasi proses.
• Mengoordinasikan konfigurasi sistem, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, rollout, dan dukungan pasca implementasi.
• Menjadi penghubung utama antara tim Payroll, HR, Tax, IT, Finance, vendor, dan pengguna terkait kebutuhan sistem, enhancement, serta penyelesaian isu.
• Mendukung proses payroll dan PPh 21 sesuai kebutuhan operasional bisnis.
• Memastikan akurasi data payroll dan employee tax serta mendukung penyusunan laporan, dashboard, dan analisis data.
• Memberikan pelatihan, panduan, dan dukungan sistem tingkat pertama kepada tim Payroll, HR, dan pengguna.
• Memantau performa sistem, melakukan troubleshooting, mengelola enhancement, serta mengeskalasi isu atau risiko apabila diperlukan.
• Mendukung pelaksanaan change management, komunikasi, dan adopsi pengguna terhadap inisiatif digitalisasi payroll.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan data privacy, system controls, authorization, dan governance standards.
• Menyusun dan memelihara dokumentasi sistem, SOP, functional specification, test script, serta user guide.
• Berkolaborasi dengan stakeholder internal dan eksternal untuk memastikan solusi sistem memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dan operasional.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

• Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam implementasi, support, enhancement, atau administrasi SAP Payroll, HRIS, Payroll System, atau Employee Tax System.
• Memahami proses payroll dan perpajakan Indonesia, termasuk PPh 21, BPJS, THR, lembur, tunjangan, potongan gaji, dan ketentuan peraturan yang berlaku.
• Memahami proses payroll end-to-end serta administrasi perpajakan karyawan.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, deployment, dan post-implementation support.
• Memiliki kemampuan analisis, problem solving, komunikasi, dan koordinasi lintas fungsi yang baik.
• Mampu menyusun dokumentasi sistem seperti SOP, functional specification, test script, dan user guide.
• Memahami SAP Security, Authorization, Data Privacy, System Controls, dan IT Governance menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam data reporting, dashboard, dan payroll analytics menjadi nilai tambah.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.





About the Role

Responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of SAP Payroll and Employee Tax System to ensure payroll processing, employee tax administration, and payroll digitalisation initiatives are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with business requirements, statutory regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Job Description

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP Payroll and Employee Tax System.
• Execute payroll and employee tax digitalisation and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and process standardisation.
• Coordinate system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, rollout, and post-implementation support activities.
• Act as the key liaison between Payroll, HR, Tax, IT, Finance, vendors, and end users regarding system requirements, enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Support payroll and PPh 21 (employee income tax) processes to meet business and operational requirements.
• Ensure payroll and employee tax data accuracy while supporting reporting, dashboards, and payroll analytics requirements.
• Provide user training, guidance, and first-line system support to Payroll, HR teams, and end users.
• Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, manage enhancement requests, and escalate issues or risks when necessary.
• Support change management, communication, and user adoption initiatives related to payroll digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements, system controls, authorization, and governance standards.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with business and operational requirements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing, supporting, enhancing, or administering SAP Payroll, HRIS, Payroll Systems, or Employee Tax Systems.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll and employee tax regulations, including PPh 21, BPJS, THR, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processing and employee tax administration.
• Experience in system configuration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to prepare system documentation, including SOPs, functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
• Knowledge of SAP Security, Authorization, Data Privacy, System Controls, and IT Governance is an advantage.
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and payroll analytics is an advantage.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
