You will develop and maintain robust Salesforce applications across multiple clouds while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Additionally, you will manage technical debt, establish coding standards, and integrate AI and agentic tools into the development workflow.
The ideal candidate has a technical education background and hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and APIs. You must possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and apply new technologies like AI.
You will join our global team and play an important role in advancing our sustainability agenda in Arla. By leveraging the power of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, you will be directly impacting farmers and contributing to the creation of innovative, data-driven solutions that promote sustainable dairy farming.
You will be working with development on the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, namely Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. We actively use agentic engineering tools in our daily development workflow to maximize the quality and speed of what we deliver, and we are curious about incorporating AI into the solutions our farmers use, when it genuinely adds value.
