Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess 3-5 years of experience in SAP modules. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills in English are mandatory requirements.

A Master Data Senior Specialist monitors and examines master and key data within Duracell. Her/his main goal will be to ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to ensure data quality, to identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through process control and improvement, or process design strategies. This position will be part of Global Business Services located in the San Jose, Costa Rica area. The individual may be also required to provide input to or participate in various projects and will perform other duties as requested. This role will report to the Master Data Manager.
