Gerenciar e acompanhar processos de importação, garantindo conformidade com a legislação aduaneira brasileira.
Controlar e monitorar Atos Concessórios relacionados ao Regime Especial de Drawback, assegurando o cumprimento das exigências legais e dos prazos estabelecidos.
Conduzir operações de importação por meio da DUIMP e do Portal Único Siscomex, acompanhando todas as etapas do processo.
Analisar, conferir e administrar a documentação de importação, incluindo Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificado de Origem, Licenças e demais documentos necessários.
Realizar o acompanhamento de embarques internacionais, garantindo visibilidade e controle desde a origem até a nacionalização da carga.
Controlar e analisar custos logísticos de importação, incluindo demurrage, detention, armazenagem e demais despesas extraordinárias.
Coordenar processos de importação de produtos classificados como Carga Perigosa (Dangerous Goods), assegurando o atendimento aos requisitos regulatórios e documentais aplicáveis.
Realizar o cadastro, atualização e manutenção do Catálogo de Produtos no Portal Único Siscomex.
Apoiar a aderência e manutenção dos requisitos do Programa OEA – Conformidade, incluindo controles internos, gestão de riscos, evidências e auditorias.
Desenvolver, monitorar e analisar KPIs, métricas e indicadores de desempenho da área de Comércio Exterior.
Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e análises operacionais, fornecendo insights para tomada de decisão e melhoria contínua dos processos.
Gerenciar processos de retorno de importação, incluindo reimportações e demais operações correlatas.
Identificar riscos, oportunidades e melhorias nos processos de importação, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional e a conformidade aduaneira.
