Current openings include: * **Production Associate:** This on-site role offers compensation of $16.50/hr for day shifts and $18/hr for night shifts, with shifts available from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Responsibilities include preparing boxes, separating labels, verifying quantities, and stacking boxes. High school diploma or equivalent is required. No experience is necessary. * **Machine Operator:** This on-site position involves transforming master label rolls into customer-specific rolls. The role includes a $1000 sign-on bonus, compensation of $18.20/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium for night shifts, and 2-2-3 rotating shifts (6 a.m. - 6 p.m. or 6 p.m. - 6 a.m.). * **Digital Press Operator - 2nd Shift:** This on-site position involves setting up and operating an HP Digital Press. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and experience operating a digital press and/or a minimum of 2 years of web and/or offset experience. * **Flexo Press Operator - 3rd Shift:** This on-site role offers a salary of $22 - $25 USD per hour. Responsibilities include manufacturing printed labels and monitoring label quality. The shift is 10 p.m. - 6 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of printing press operator experience. * **Machine Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift:** This on-site position offers a salary of $25 - $35 USD per hour. Requires 3+ years of experience in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting skills and repair methods of industrial machines, along with 3+ years of experience in Mechanical and/or Electrical components. The shift is 3 p.m. - 11 p.m. * **Business Development Representative - Food: Protein + Dairy:** This on-site role focuses on building relationships and uncovering new opportunities. * **Machine Operator:** This on-site position offers a compensation of $20.00/hr to $25ph, with a shift differential for night shifts, and involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, completing make-ready procedures, and completing equipment maintenance duties. * **ERP Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Manufacturing (remote):** This remote position, reporting to the Manager of Business Systems, involves optimizing enterprise systems and business processes. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of IT experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Radius ERP experience highly desirable.
